Thank you again for your generous support of UFO XI! Here are details regarding sponsor and exhibitor participation in the conference.
Register each attendee
Thank you for registering and paying your sponsorship fee! In addition, all attending exhibitors also need to register individually for the conference, and all exhibitors are invited to attend the technical sessions and social events. Individual registration pricing at the "Conference Tabletop Exhibit" or higher level:
- 1st person, "Sponsor Attendee", $0
- 2nd person, "Sponsor Attendee Special", $425
- 3rd person and beyond, "Regular Attendee", $850
- Please register on-line in advance!
- If you would like to join the excursion, check the option on the registration page; $50 per person regardless of registration fee paid.
- If you have already registered and would like to join the excursion, use this link to add the excursion to your registration.
The Teton exhibit room is adjacent to the Grand conference presentation room, joined by a mezzanine where the conference registration, poster sessions, and morning breakfast buffet will be; everything is grouped together in a well-defined space that is meant to maximize interaction between the exhibitors and the conference attendees.
For those who provided sponsorship at the "Conference Tabletop Exhibit" or higher level, we will provide a 72" x 30" (183cm x 76cm) table with linens and two chairs. If you plan to bring a popup display (72" or narrower), provide the dimensions so we can consider this in the placement of your table. There will be limited convenience power; enough for a laptop or low power device. If you have higher power needs for your table, let us know in advance to determine how it can be accommodated.
We will have the exhibit area set up throughout the entire conference: 8am-6pm most days except Sunday (exhibit set-up and welcome reception), Wednesday 8am-1pm (group excursion in the afternoon), and Friday 8am-12pm (conference end). We anticipate that the exhibit will be visited by conference attendees primarily during breaks and the poster sessions, so it is unlikely that you would need someone at the table all the time; we would rather have you in the talks!
Exhibitor setup times: October 8 (8 am to 5 pm) and October 9 (before 2 pm)
Exhibitor breakdown times: October 12 (after 8 pm) or October 13 (before noon)
Graphics for sponsored events
For those who are sponsoring one of the events (coffee break, plenary talk, poster session, etc.), we will display graphics for your company on the conference projector and portable flat-panel displays in the reception area during the event and/or in the time leading up to the event. If you have not yet done so, email your sponsor-recognition graphics file (PDF, PowerPoint, JPG, PNG) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For those who are providing a "web sponsorship", sponsoring without attending, or decided that you do not need an exhibit table, we would be happy to provide access to some marketing materials and/or swag near the registration area.
